For this project, we completed the refinishing of the metal cladding siding on the 16-storey Scotiabank/Manulife commercial building in downtown Vancouver, utilizing a high-performance specialty epoxy imported from New York. The project required detailed planning and coordination due to the complexity of sourcing and applying the specialized coating system. Strict safety requirements were maintained throughout, with our crews operating from swing stages to systematically complete all elevations of the building. This project highlights our ability to manage logistical challenges, advanced coating technologies, and high-rise access solutions, while delivering durable, long-lasting protection and a flawless finish.
